Creating Your Character

Set up a grounded character concept, choose a believable background, and start with goals that fit the server.

Creating Your Character

A strong character gives you better roleplay than a complicated one.

Core identity

Choose a name, age, and background that make sense for the world. Keep the concept readable so other players understand who they are interacting with.

Early goals

  • Find housing or temporary shelter.
  • Decide how your character makes money.
  • Build a short list of contacts and allies.

Good starting concepts

Simple concepts tend to last longer. A mechanic, shop worker, driver, recruit, or local entrepreneur usually gives you more roleplay options than an overloaded backstory.

Avoid

  • impossible skill sets
  • instant criminal kingpin stories
  • lore-breaking character histories
