Choose the help route that matches the problem. An ambulance request goes to in-game responders; an account-linking failure needs community support.
In-game emergencies
- Open your phone and choose Emergency.
- Select the service relevant to the incident.
- Write a short, useful description: what happened, where you are and what help is needed.
- Submit once and watch for the result or a response.
Give responders a recognisable location and useful scene details. A submitted request does not mean somebody is already on the way. If you are unconscious, use the medical-assistance option on the recovery screen when available; see Health and Recovery.
Report a player or rule concern
Use the phone's Player Reports screen when available, or the designated Discord reporting route. Include the people involved, approximate time, what happened and any relevant evidence.
Follow the server rules on how to handle an ongoing scene. Keep reports factual and let staff review them. Avoid arguing the report in public chat or treating a submitted report as permission to abandon a situation.
Technical, account and purchase support
Check announcements first, then use the appropriate private Discord support channel or ticket. A useful report includes:
- The server and your character name.
- The time and time zone.
- The steps that led to the problem.
